By accessing or using ATS Resume Optimizer (“the Service”) operated by DEVFINIX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ATS Resume Optimizer provides an AI-powered tool that analyzes your resume and job description to optimize keyword matching for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The Service is powered by OpenAI’s GPT-4o model.

3. Free & Paid Plans

  • Free plan: 3 resume optimizations per day, no credit card required.
  • Paid plans: Unlock higher daily limits and additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Refund policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits via automated means or multiple accounts
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or prompts

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your resume content. The Service does not claim any rights over your resume or the optimized output. DEVFINIX retains ownership of the platform, design, and underlying technology.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that optimizing your resume will result in job interviews or employment. ATS scoring varies by employer system and job requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEVFINIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
